Yes. The first consultation (15–30 minutes) is always free and without obligation. We help figure out what you actually need, whether you need our help at all, and whether we can be effective in this specific case. Sometimes after such a conversation we suggest the topic is better solved internally or with another specialist — we'd rather lose a project than take on something we're not strong at.
We usually respond to the first inquiry within minutes during business hours. After the first consultation we typically present an offer within 3–5 business days. For simpler topics (audit, helpdesk) — faster. For projects requiring infrastructure analysis (NIS2, SIEM, migrations) — sometimes we need 1–2 weeks. We always give a specific date when we'll come back with a proposal.
Yes, on first request — no additional questions. We can sign your NDA template or provide ours (simple, mutual, compliant with Polish law). Most of our clients are companies with compliance requirements or critical infrastructure — an NDA is standard for us, not an exception.
No. We have an office in Poznań, but we serve clients across Poland and internationally. In practice most work is done remotely (audits, consultations, documentation, monitoring). If a project requires on-site presence — we travel. Some clients prefer meetings at our office, some at theirs, some online — we adapt.
Write "URGENT" or "outage" directly in the email subject — we handle such inquiries out of order, usually within 1–2 hours during business hours. For crisis situations (active attack, ransomware, data leak) we can activate fast incident response support. Outside business hours and on weekends we operate for SLA customers — without an SLA we cannot guarantee availability outside office hours.
No problem. We deliver many projects partially — e.g. just the audit without implementation, just documentation, just one specific area. Often clients want to keep most competencies internally and order specific pieces from us: independent verification, missing experience, extra hands. It's a perfectly reasonable model — we never push for a bigger scope than you actually need.
