This document describes the rules of processing and protecting personal data by VOL SYSTEM Sp. z o.o. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
1. Personal data controller

2. What data we process and for what purpose
2.1 Contact form
When you fill out the contact form, we process: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and the message content.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Purpose: response to inquiries and potential cooperation. We store data for 3 years from the last contact.
2.2 Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). We store data until you unsubscribe.
2.3 Site analytics
We use Google Analytics 4. Data is anonymized — IP addresses are truncated before processing. Legal basis: consent given through cookie acceptance.
3. Cookies
Our site uses cookies managed by the cookie banner shown on first visit.
Essential (always active)
Storage of cookie preferences and form security. They do not require consent.
Analytics (require consent)
Google Analytics 4 — anonimowe statystyki odwiedzin strony.
Marketing (require consent)
Cookies for ad personalization. We do not currently use remarketing tools on this site.
4. Sharing of data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be transferred to:
- Google LLC — dane statystyczne GA4 (anonimizowane),
- MailerLite — newsletter handling (email, with consent),
- home.pl S.A. — hosting strony.
5. Data transfers outside the EEA
Google LLC is based in the USA. Data transfers are made based on standard contractual clauses approved by the EC (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR). More info: Google Privacy Policy.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
7. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Communication with the site is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS).
8. Changes to the privacy policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes on the site or (for newsletter subscribers) by email.
